Coming from a family of home builders and developers, Alexander has deep expertise in ground-up development, zoning, construction, renovations, and commercial leasing. He has led development projects, leased thousands of square feet of office space, and negotiated deals with Fortune 500 companies, national tenants, and public entities, including Marriott International, L3 Harris, Gentiva Health, PSI Exams, and Amedisys. His experience also extends to working with national franchises such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Tropical Smoothie, Keller Williams, and Mobil Oil Corp. As the procuring broker for tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions—including multiple eight-figure deals—he brings a results-driven approach to every negotiation.
Alexander began his career at Cumberland Farms & Gulf Oil in financial strategy, working within the FP&A department to support high-level executive decision-making. During this time, he valued over $2.4 billion in retail real estate. This strong foundation in financial analysis, strategy, and market evaluation continues to shape his approach to real estate—ensuring that every deal is meticulously structured, strategically positioned, and built for success.
Alexander holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and has earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association—recognizing his expertise in complex business and real estate transactions.
